We use your personal data to track our regular viewers as well as visitors to our website only for the following purposes:

We have involved several other organizations that perform tasks for us, but these are mainly processors and not handlers. For example: our website is hosted using Infomaniak.com's servers, and also we upload videos for our subscribers on YouTube. These named companies therefore process personal data only on behalf of us and this is done under supervision, for designated purposes which are strictly confidential.

If we process your personal data on our website, you are reserved the right to access, edit and delete your personal data or request us to do so on your behalf.

Introduction

We are a Christian Organization based in Almere, Netherlands. We also have congregations in the cities of Amsterdam, Arnhem, Den Bosch and Rijssen.

With this privacy policy, we would like to inform you about what data we collect, how we do this, for what purposes, and how we process or handle your data.

What information we collect

We collect personal data that you provide to us yourself when you call us or contact us via e-mail or by mail. These data may include:

  • Your e-mail address, your name and phone number.
  • If you contact us on behalf of your organization, we will collect not only your name and email address as a contact, but also the name and address of the organization you represent, and correspondence.

We also collect very limited personal data when you visit our website. This may include:

  • the anonymized IP address with which your device is browsing via the Internet
  • The unique identifier of an analytical cookie (from your own server),
  • The URL reference (last visited page),
  • The specific pages you visit on your our website, and the day and time.

We use your visitor information from our website to, analyze which pages are most visited, and how you came to our website (through which other websites or through our social media posts). This information allows us to analyze and improve our website, in a privacy-friendly manner. We do not place or read tracking cookies through our website.

How long we may store data

We do not store data longer than necessary, for the purpose for which we obtained it. This assessment is made based on the type of personal data, the service or reason for which we obtained the data, and what you, whose data it is, can reasonably expect during the time we have your data.

For example, e-mail addresses are deleted after 6 months of unused, or if it was used once and it is unnecessary to keep it.

Data Protection

Important This particular part of the policy is valid up to 11 August 2025 .

  1. We collect numbers, names and email addresses of the person doing the registration. The email address is used to confirm the registration.
  2. The reason for this information is also to get an indication of the number of participants, in order to make proper preparations in the Conference venue.
  3. The data will be held until Aug. 11, 2025.
  4. If you want your data to be deleted immediately after confirming your registration, please let us know via nlterugnaarjezus@gmail with message subject as "delete".

We have active encryption of traffic to our website. This makes the data traffic between you and our web server unreadable, so that outsiders cannot access it. Of course, we also ensure that your data is properly secured in all our systems. We do this with various types of technical standards, including limiting physical accessibility to sensitive organizational data, including yours.

For example in access control, we ensure that only authorized accounts, such as administrators, can only access your contact details and your email/requests submitted online.

In doing so, we encourage our management team to report security incidents immediately so that proper security measures are taken and mishandling of your data is prevented.
